GIFT WRAPPING
We will be more than happy to gift wrap your item. We can ship it to your address or directly to the gift recipient. When you add this add-on item, we will neatly gift wrap your item and include a note with a personalized message from you.

SIZING DETAILS
We try to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes our signs may vary in size by 1/2" from listing description.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate. If the order ships to an incorrect address that you provided, there will be no refunds. If by some chance the order is returned back to us, we will refund the item price ONLY. If the item that is returned is NOT in its original condition, we will refund the item price minus any loss in value.
Custom and personalized orders
If you have ANY questions, please send us a message BEFORE you make your purchase. On custom or personalized orders; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds on custom or personalized items under any circumstance. No exceptions.
If the order is NOT a custom order, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us. You must ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery and you are liable for return shipping costs. We will refund only the price of the item minus shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to report the damage. After 7 days has passed, claims for damage will not be processed. Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Tudor Sign Company. Please contact us and send high quality photos of damaged item AND packaging.
Returns on items that ship free
Where free shipping is offered on a product a 20% restocking fee is retained from the sale price if the product is returned.
